About the Job

HNK Media is hiring an AI Agents Automation Architect to build and deploy advanced AI-driven systems across various business sectors. The role focuses on designing automation pipelines and intelligent agents that can handle real-time communication, process management, and creative content generation for multiple industries — from lead generation and calling agents to F&B and retail automation. If you love experimenting with tools and pushing AI boundaries, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and deploy AI agent systems and automation workflows across business use cases.
• Develop multi-step workflows for cross-platform outreach on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.
• Use tools like Shopify, React, Make.com, n8n, and integrate AI for automation and data handling.
• Experiment with AI agents, content automation, and image generators to build production-ready systems.
• Continuously test, troubleshoot, and improve automation performance and stability.

Skills Required

• APIs, Automation, AI Agents, ChatGPT, Generative AI Tools
• Hands-on with Python, React, Next.js, and backend integration.
• Workflow automation experience (Make.com, n8n, Zapier).
• Understanding of AI agent deployment (Ollama, GPT, Claude, Mistral).
• Strong debugging, rapid prototyping, and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements

• B.Tech/BCA/MCA student or recent graduate in Computer Science or IT preferred.
• Proficiency with APIs, JSON, and HTTP request handling.
• Ability to automate messaging workflows across platforms.
• Creative mindset to adapt, experiment, and deliver working solutions quickly.
