HNK Media is a forward-thinking creative and digital media agency in Mumbai focused on creating memorable user experiences through design, technology, and storytelling. We’re seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer who can combine user insights with creative design solutions to craft seamless digital journeys. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in user interface and experience design, along with a strong understanding of design systems, prototyping tools, and user-centered design principles. This is a full-time on-site position based at our Mumbai office.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize user interfaces for websites, apps, and digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and creative teams to bring ideas to life through wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interaction analysis to guide design decisions.
• Ensure consistency and usability across all design touchpoints using established UI design systems and brand guidelines.
• Create responsive layouts that perform flawlessly across devices and screen sizes.
• Stay updated on the latest UX trends, design tools, and technology advancements in the digital design industry.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer in an agency or product design environment.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar prototyping tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design thinking and high-quality interface design.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end design principles is an added advantage.
• Excellent visual design sense with a deep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to balance creative design with functionality and accessibility.
• Degree or diploma in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or Visual Communication preferred.
